Do your prices include VAT?

No, all of our prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be added at the checkout.

Do you offer a price promise?

We promise that our retail prices are always among the most competitive on the market – we also promise that all of our prices are fixed with no hidden costs.

Do you supply budget products?

We do stock budget lines in everything that we do, but we pride ourselves on quality, help, customer service and support – so our budget products come with the same triple guarantee as everything else.

What’s the single most important detail I should know before buying anything?

Be careful, there are many cheap and nasty products on the market that carry no guarantees. Plenty of companies cut corners to make additional money, to name just a few examples: – hardware that can last only a few months, print that will fade, no over laminates and inferior materials that aren’t opaque or tear easily….the list goes on.

What makes your guarantee so special?

Many alternative suppliers on the web offer limited hardware guarantees but NO guarantees on printed or bespoke items (and certainly no peace of mind guarantee!), both of which are integral to the display. It is very important that you understand that if you are buying any goods online, which are to be printed specifically for you – your statutory rights will not cover them because the items are bespoke!

Is your site secure?

Yes our site is 100% secure and all payments are processed by PayPal Merchant Services.

What if I can’t pay by credit card?

Our site is an e-commerce facility and is tailored towards credit, debit card and paypal payments, which is 100% secure, fast and easy. However for many larger organisations’ this isn’t always easy, in which case you can either apply for a credit account which (subject to credit checks) will enable you to use all of our products and services on 30 day terms, whilst still using our online store.

Can I get discounts for buying in bulk?

Yes, keep an eye out for our special offers – we always operate a bulk buying discount and uniquely it doesn’t have to be on the same product – we offer it on the value of your order in total.

I’m having a problem whilst ordering online, what do I do?

If for whatever reason you can’t order online then please contact our sales team for assistance on 0845 6170950 who will be able to take your order for you over the phone.

Is it possible for me to receive some printed samples?

With most of our large format graphics we can on request offer A4 samples to you. If at any stage you are unsure of what you are getting then please fill out our sample request form and your samples will be sent to you.

I can’t find what I’m looking for in the store, do you have additional products that might fit the bill?

The Show Store contains all of our best selling products, which are readily stocked and available for manufacture. We are constantly adding to the store and have hundreds of other products available offline – just drop us a line or give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you.

I need special sized graphics, can you help?

Special sized graphics are never a problem. We are constantly producing and installing bespoke sizes for many of our clients, so if you need something special just call us on 0845 6170950

How difficult will it be for me to assemble or apply my products?

Virtually all of our products are portable and easy to assemble. Most of our products also come with instructions on how assemble them.
